Heather is one of those people that brings a sweet charisma to every room she enters. She makes you feel loved and special as you share a chat. That is a talent I have always admired. We met long ago in business networking circles and volunteering on committees. So when we made plans to take some photos together, I was really happy!
Also joining us for photo day were her husband, Brandon, and their pups Stevie (an Airedale Terrier/Shepherd mix rescue) and Pebbles (their little white poodle foster dog). We met at one of my highly used spots, my parent’s private property on the outskirts of Taneytown, MD. Their property boasts open fields, wooded trails, a wide babbling creek, and gorgeous tree-filtered sunsets. Even in the fall after leaves have fallen, like today at this photo session, there are so many photo-friendly spots.
Like with many family / couple photo shoots, we began with the pups. I think of them like little kids, and it’s important to cater to their needs first (then let them rest, or play, or do what makes them happiest). So we found a few cozy spots and got to work!
After we walked Stevie and Pebbles back to the cars to rest and warm up, Heather and Brandon and I continued till sunset.
