Sandy and Susan of the Carroll County Arts Council to installed 18 beautifully printed and framed images of the Carroll County Barn Quilts, photos by Kelly Heck, in the Lowe House Office Building in Annapolis, Maryland. The showing was to help our delegation understand that projects like this are a result of supporting tourism and the arts with a goal that they’ll continue to support CCAC.
