The 1st Farm To Table Dinner at Local Homestead Products LLC in New Windsor, Maryland was an incredible success, featuring PORK! I documented the evening for owner Trevor. So many talented farmers and chefs came out to make the experience incredibly delicious.
There are THREE more farm to table dinners lined up for this year… BEEF featured in August 2019, CHICKEN featured in September 2019, and TURKEY featured in November 2019. Guests get a tour of the farm, and behind-the-scenes of where their meal was produced (locally, by the way), and the tour ends in the greenhouses with a glimpse at their hydroponics operation, and in the adjoining greenhouse, your 7-course dining adventure begins.
