I’ve always admired the building that my financial advisor Steve Aquino is located in – the historic Times Building in downtown Westminster, MD. Come to find out, he’s always put a bug in the owners ear that he would be interested in buying the building if he ever considered selling.
Guys, this is a reminder to make your dreams well known. Steve was the first person he the owner approached when the time came to sell. Steve is now the proud owner or the newly named Aquino Properties, LLC! Congrats my friend!!
Steve is still your full time wealth management team at Aquino Financial Group LLC. He himself is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC)®, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, and an Investment Advisor Representative. And now Steve can mingle with his commercial tenants too – he actually has a little vacancy that you can check out if you are hunting for the perfect spot to open up an office. I think it is under construction (by the magnificent team at Gauge Digital Media), but you can check out the website for the property at www.aquinoproperties.com.
Thank you Steve for trusting me to capture and illustrate the uniqueness of your building and it’s welcoming nature for your current and future tenants!

Also can I just plug myself for a sec… I can do a lot with a little. That first big image up top – that’s a cleaned up photograph of a small poster that Steve had hanging – the only copy of this illustration. In Photoshop I removed some wrinkles and stains (I suppose we’d call that photo restoration) and then I was able to do some adjustments to make this black and white version. I feel like this type of artifact could be easily lost forever, but now we have a high quality digital copy that can be enlarged like crazy if Steve ever desired. (I envision a huge wall art piece hanging in the halls or even in his conference room… yeah?). Anyway, don’t forget the details – they are what makes life so very special.
