Marcy Munshaur

I am the President of the New Windsor Volunteer Fire Dept. Last year we started a photo project for our 75th anniversary. The project unfortunately stalled part way through due to our last photographer’s inability to follow through with it. After being turned down by some other photographers due to not wanting to finish what someone else started, Kelly Heck stepped up, took on our project, and finished it. The project turned out fantastic. We would recommend her for any photo project, and we will be using her services in the future when needed.
